Our Staff

Director, Susanne I. Goffe received her educational training at the University of Technology, in Business Administration Marketing and thereafter a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Management. Her professional history includes competency in Information Technology garnered in the IT division of the Banking Sector. She has since gained experience in building maintenance and service industry, and horticulture over the past nineteen years.

Director, Raymond Goffe, an Engineer by profession, is a Qualified Maintenance and Project Manager. He is also a former member of the Institute of Plant Engineers in the United Kingdom. He has 36 years experience in maintenance and property management spanning across technical and financial sectors.

Rhona Douglas-McLean, the Company Secretary, was trained by Roy Thomas (Landscape Architect) in the field of landscaping and plant growing. Her previous experiences at the Agricultural Marketing Corporation for over ten years prepared her for the Horticultural industry. She has since maintained various landscaping projects, which she designed and implemented. She operated a floral shop for over fifteen years, and has since maintained a flowers farm in Temple Hall, St. Andrew that supplies plants to many floral shops.
